Wellbeing classes offer simple effective exercises and sequences for a healthier, happier you. A blend of breathwork, Somatics, yoga and Pilates to open, mobilise, stretch and strengthen the body.

We start with gentle breathwork and warm up and finish with relaxation. We take our time. Say No to aches and tension. This is a gentle way to enhance your daily life and feel good !
