Yoga is for everyone, every body, any age. It is never too late to start. Invest in your health & wellbeing. The session will ease you into poses gently, gradually improving posture, body awareness, balance, flexibility and strength. Safe modifications available.

Wellbeing classes offer simple effective exercises and sequences for a healthier, happier you.  A blend of breathwork, Somatics, yoga and Pilates to open, mobilise, stretch and strengthen the body.

 

We start with gentle breathwork and warm up and finish with relaxation. We take our time. Say No to aches and tension. This is a great way to enhance your daily life, feel good and make new friends.
