Yoga is for everyone, every body, any age. It is never too late to start. Invest in your health & wellbeing. The session will ease you into poses gently, gradually improving posture, body awareness, balance, flexibility and strength. Safe modifications available.

  Breath, Core, Pelvic Floor (also available online via Zoom)                                                     9.30 - 10.30

This class is designed for women at all stages of life. Whether you are:

  • Postnatal (regardless of how many years!)

  • Navigating the changes of perimenopause or menopause.

  • An athlete looking to protect your core.

  • Someone simply wanting to prevent future issues.

  • Developing a strong core, supporting your back.

What we address:

We dive deep into more than just "kegels." We tackle:

  • Stress Incontinence: Ending those "oops" moments when you sneeze, cough, or jump.

  • Core Weakness: Building a stable foundation to support your lower back.

  • Prolapse Management: Using movement to create better internal support.

  • Pelvic Pain: Learning how to relax and lengthen, not just strengthen.

Wellbeing Yoga Somatics (also available online via Zoom) 

Wellbeing classes offer simple effective exercises and sequences for a healthier, happier you.  A blend of breathwork, Somatics, yoga and Pilates to open, mobilise, stretch and strengthen the body.

 

This is a gentler class for beginners, returners or if you are simply recovering from an injury or illness. It is perfect to release stiffness, bring back some mobility, flexibility, strength, improve breathing, posture, and gently get back to fitness. Work at your own pace. My eldest student is 80 and loves it.

 

We start with gentle breathwork and warm up and finish with relaxation. Each class has a different theme. We may focus on feet, hips, shoulders, backs, breath etc. Melt aches, tension whilst stretching and strengthening. This is a great way to enhance your daily life, feel good and make new friends.

Somatics* for chronic tension, stress or trauma release (Private Online Tuition Available)
