Using movement, breath and mindfulness, Yoga and Somatics offer us the tools to stay calm, grounded and centered. Feeling anchored and stable like a mountain is key to our health & wellbeing to sustain us through good and troubled times.


Choose a class from beginners to non-beginners, dynamic yoga, meditation, Somatics or relaxation. My aim is to help you ease body and mind melting tension away, leaving you feeling energised, yet relaxed and restored.

Classes can be booked by emailing, I will then email you a link to join the class. This can be done via your Smartphone, Desktop, Laptop or iPad.


During these challenging times, to help support the community, I offer a fee of £10 per class or £8 per class if you sign up for 2 online classes or more.  Anyone in financial difficulty, please contact me direct.

  1. To join a class, please email and I'll send you a unique Zoom link for each class.

  2. For insurances purposes, a minimum of 24 hrs notice is required before joining your first class. A registration health form will need to be completed beforehand. Please read the full Terms & Conditions here before your registration. Please click to download and fill out the health form, and comply to the Terms & Conditions.

  3. Doors open 15 min before class to allow you to settle in.

  4. Payment is by BACS. I will email you my bank details. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your class zoom link

  5. Please also have any blocks, belt, blankets or other yoga props you need close at hand.

  6. You are responsible for your own wellbeing while practicing with me.  Please check Terms & Conditions for further details.


  1. Download Zoom from before the first class on your computer or the app iOS or Play stores.

  2. Make sure AUDIO & VIDEO are turned ON. Please switch to “Speaker View” for a full view of your teacher on screen.

  3. The 'doors' open 15 minutes before the workout begins. Click the link to join class early, especially if it's your first time. 

  4. To avoid any background noises, when the class starts, you will be muted. We will have time to chat before and after class. 

  5. Please position yourself so that I can see you in both standing and lying positions.
