Choose between Yoga, Somatics or a combination of both. Your first session is 90 min. It includes a consultation to assess and discuss your requirements. During this session, I will take a detailed analysis of your medical and movement history.
Subsequent sessions: 45, 60 or 90 min
Continuity in between: Optional home practice
