YOGA WITH BELLE REGISTRATION

Please carefully read our terms and conditions and limitations of liability before you start using this website and purchasing or booking any class or workshop. By using our website and registering with Yoga with Belle, you confirm that you accept to comply with these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Website in any way.

 

CLASS BOOKINGS & STAYING IN THE LOOP

  • You need to be over 15 years of age to register & attend classes or events.

  • On receipt of your application & payment, you can book and attend your class/workshop.

  • Payment must be made in full before any class, course or workshop.

  • Cancellation policy: Class, 48 hours. Workshops, 7 days. Cancellations prior to this deadline will receive a credit for another class or workshop based on availability & cost. Credit to be used within 1 month for classes and 3 months for workshops.

  • If for some reason the scheduled class or event gets cancelled by the teacher, an alternative arrangement will be offered.  Failing this, a credit on account or refund will be arranged.

  • No refunds will be given for missed classes. In the event of a client missing a class, every effort will be made to find a space for the client to attend an alternative class within a week.

  • Pricing Information displayed on this website related to pricing may be subject to change.

  • Please allow enough time to arrive before the class starts.

  • By signing up to our newsletter, all clients will be kept up to date with yoga or somatics news updates with regards to classes and events.

 

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Yoga clients are required to read and agree to the Liability Release upon registration.  If Yoga clients do not agree to the Liability Release, they will be unable to come to class.

By agreeing to the Liability Release the yoga client understands that the class activities offered includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension.  As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.  If the yoga client experiences any pain or discomfort, they will listen to their body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher.

For your health and safety

You must not participate in a yoga class or workshop under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

It is up to you to assess whether you are ready for a class you have chosen to attend

Neither your teacher nor the British Wheel of Yoga are qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate in any British Wheel of Yoga classes.  If in doubt at any time, it is your sole responsibility to always check with your doctor or health specialist first to ascertain if it is safe for you to practice yoga under certain medical conditions.

After having sought medical advice, please inform your teacher of any injuries or medical conditions before class begins. For insurance purposes and your health and safety, all yoga clients are required to fill in and return a health questionnaire before they join their first class or workshop.

We cannot take any responsibility for any injury, known or unknown, that you may sustain as a result of participating in a class in a hall, outdoor or online. It is your responsibility update your yoga teacher of any medical changes. Your details are treated with strict confidentiality and not shared with any third party.

 

Follow the advice given by your doctor and yoga tutor

The techniques and suggestions presented in these classes are not intended as a substitute for proper medical advice. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified before health professional before starting or changing any exercise program or making a lifestyle change.

Please take responsibility for yourself and your current abilities during your practice

Remember that each day is different, and even if yesterday you were able to perform a movement, that is no indicator that the same exercise is possible today. Please move within your comfortable limits and if you are in any doubt whatsoever, please seek medical advice.

REMOTE ONLINE YOGA CLASSES - ADDITIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY ADVICE

Although there are tremendous benefits to overall health and wellbeing, yoga can be physically challenging and carries with it risks that cannot entirely be eliminated when practicing remotely in your own environment. These include the risk of personal injury, or the exacerbation of existing injuries or conditions, or damage to property around you during your participation.

 

 

 

PARTICIPANTS RULES: 

  • Please make your own virus checks and implement your own precautions for your device. Yoga with Belle excludes all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.

  • Please click here to follow the British Wheel of Yoga “Student Guidance – Remote sessions” guidelines.

  • You must act responsibility and sensibly at all times. 

  • Clear enough space to safely carry out the exercises without hitting items around you. 

  • Check that the device you are using is securely positioned and will not interfere with your movement. 

  • Listen to your body. Follow any safety instructions or suitable modifications or adjustments to the exercise as instructed. Never continue with a class or a movement that is too difficult for your level of experience or ability, or if you feel any discomfort. 

  • By joining a yoga class or workshop with Yoga with Belle, you agree that you will remain on screen when participating in a remote yoga session. You understand that for any periods of time throughout a remote session during which you move off screen or are outside of the teacher’s view, whether intentionally or not; no liability will arise on the part of the teacher.

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER

In registering for and booking in a class, event or workshop with Yoga with Belle, you are agreeing to the following:

I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks or injuries, known or unknown, which I might sustain as a result of participating in any of the classes or events offered by Yoga with Belle/Isabelle Leroy. I, the yoga client, affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to partake in the yoga classes offered by Yoga with Belle and thereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Yoga with Belle or the teacher, Isabelle Leroy. The above applies equally when participating in remote online yoga classes or workshops with Yoga with Belle/Isabelle Leroy. I am aware that the instructor cannot always see me and may not be able to offer the same personalised instructions.

I certify I have filled in the BWY health questionnaire as required and have sought medical approval when necessary before taking part in any classes with Yoga with Belle. I declare my physical and mental conditions allow me to safely participate in classes with Yoga with Belle.

I have supplied Yoga with Belle the correct information to the best of my knowledge.

I understand and accept Yoga with Belle/Isabelle Leroy accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury to yoga clients or their guests on the yoga premises or outside the premises.

I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and limitations of liability. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I confirm I am legally competent and voluntarily agree to comply with the above terms & conditions when I register with Yoga with Belle.
