To celebrate Yoga International day, I propose some outdoor yoga in Tunbridge Wells at “The Grove” TN1 1SE a park off Little Mount Sion & Claremont Road. All donation based. 5 participants class max due to Covid-19 current rules. Please bring your own mat. Booking is essential. Bring drinks and nibbles for afterwards if you wish.
10.30am: Yoga class for Non beginners (1hr)
12pm: Pause, Breathe, Meditate (30min)
5pm: Yoga for Beginners (1hr)

Yoga or Somatics workshops are a fantastic way to take time to focus on more specific aspects to refine our practice. It is also a work of exploration enabling us to appreciate how our breath, body and mind come together to bring us harmony.

The focus is on the shoulders and the connection to the spine, chest, back. Half Somatics exercises and half yoga to mobilise, stabilise, stretch, decompress, strengthen finishing with an easy sun salutation to enjoy the freedom in our body !
SOMATICS PELVIS & LOWER BACK
A focus on those areas to decompress, lengthen with a few added exercises for the shoulders. Walk with a spring in your step. Feel freer, taller, more spacious and relaxed.
SUN SALUTATION: WELCOMING THE DAY!
Perfect way to start your day: The focus is on breaking down each step of the sun salutation and link it altogether at the end together with a few more yoga poses leaving you open, stretched and energised. Great workout ! Pure yoga.
SELF-CARE MINI RETREAT ! BODY & MIND
Are you ready for 3hrs of pampering ? Caroline and I are teaming up to bring you the best for nurturing yourself at this time of the year, when autumn turns into winter. Nature is showing us the way.
I am a yoga somatics teacher and Caroline, a mindfulness coach. We are creating a safe, supportive space to nourish yourself. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm, grounded yet energised.
On our menu: Welcoming ceremony, blissful yoga Somatics to slow down and let go, soothing self-massage, mindful meditations, silent mindful walk in beautiful nearby woods, tasty treats, bonus gift of a « kind to your mind » meditation recording. COVID-19 government guidelines will be respected to keep you safe. Pls note you must bring your own yoga mat.

BOOST YOUR HEALTH & HAPPINESS !
Due to success, this is a repeat of the Sept. workshop. The tranformation was awesome. Everyone loved it. Deeply soothing and calming for the whole body. Deeply embedded in our nervous system, we will explore simple techniques to access the Vagus nerve to help us unwind and let go. Rebalance, Relax, Recharge body & mind. A mix of chanting, breathing and somatics. This has wonderful health benefits: lower inflammation, blood pressure, reduce anxiety and harmonises the whole body.
