QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

I am a Somatics Exercise Coach and certified Yoga Academy teacher, accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing yoga since the late 1990s. Over the years, I have explored many different styles of yoga (Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Scaravelli etc), many of which have inspired my teaching.  I firmly believe that yoga and Somatics are a fantastic tool for our health and wellbeing. It is about resetting ourselves physically, mentally and emotionally to become whole as one.

I continuously attend workshops and courses to keep myself updated and delve deeper into the practice. “I am will always be learning”.  I believe it is a constant process of discovery. It is about self -development and growth and as a teacher, I love to share it all with my students to support them in their practice and in life.
