Are you ready for 3hrs of pampering ? For Body & Mind. Caroline and I are teaming up to bring you the best for nurturing yourself at this time of the year, when autumn turns to winter. Nature shows us the way. It is time to retreat, rest and nourish, nurture yourself to replenish your energy.
Busy, overwhelmed, uncertain, stressed, confused ? Covid-19, Brexit, American elections and so many changes on the horizon right now. Stress, fear, worry, frustrations, anger affect our health & wellbeing. It is human to feel those emotions and by all means never suppress them. It is our natural way of expression of how we feel. The key is to learn to rebalance and take care of ourselves on a regular basis, body & mind. Learn to release, let go, soothe and reset body & mind.
All "negative" emotions can lead to breathing issues, muscle tension, busy minds, digestive complaints, high blood pressure, heart issue, anxiety, depression, inflammatory condition and compromise your immune system. Would you like to rebalance, relax and soothe body & mind ? Would you like to find a safe heaven where you can just be, restore calm and peace within ?
I am a yoga somatics teacher and Caroline, a mindfulness coach. We are creating a safe, supportive space to nourish yourself. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm, grounded yet energised.
On our menu: Welcoming ceremony, blissful yoga Somatics to slow down, breathe, release and let go, soothing self-massage, mindful meditations, silent mindful walk in beautiful nearby woods, tasty treats, bonus gift of a « kind to your mind » meditation recording.
COVID-19 government guidelines will be respected to keep you safe. Pls note you must bring your own yoga mat & flask of your favourite tea or coffee. Treats on us !
